2400.3 Timely Filing

The household must submit either a signed ESD 202REV, ESD 202, or ESD 202 3SNP REV by the 15th of the last month of their certification period.

Note : In the rest of this item when an ESD 202 is referenced it means either form.

Note : Use applications received within 60 days prior to the end of the certification period as a recertification. Do not use applications received prior to this as a recertification.
