2400.2 Notice to Reapply

Households must receive a notice to reapply in the month before the last month of their current certification period. The ESD 202RL, Reminder Letter, is the notice to reapply. It is computer generated, printed and mailed by ADPC six weeks before its due date.

Mail the following forms to the Head of Household : ESD 202RL, ESD 201A, Agreement to Report Change , and ESD 202, Review, Application .

Exception : 3SquaresVT in a SNAP households do not receive the ESD 201A.

The household has failed to co-operate if by the 15th of the last month of their certification it fails to: complete the ESD 202 Review, Application, or complete an ESD 202, Application , and contact the office to indicate a problem obtaining verification.

The case will auto-close at the end of the certification period. ACCESS will trigger the auto-closure letter.
