2400.6.2.3 Failure to Provide Verification

Households who submit their ESD 202 and complete their interview, but do not provide all required verification by the ESD 202RL2, Verification Review Letter, due date are denied the day after the due date, provided the due date: allowed ten days after the interview and, was before the end of the certification period.

If the household then provides the required verification before the end of the certification period: Determine eligibility. If eligible, reinstate the case and provide a full month’s benefits within 30 days of the application date, or ten days from the date the verification is provided, whichever is later.

Note : A new application for recertification is not required.
