2300.2.11.4 Abbreviated Transactions

Mass change updates fully completed by ACCESS are called abbreviated transactions. ACCESS sends an ESD 220 to all households whose eligibility or benefits were updated in an abbreviated transaction. ESD 220 is sent to households the month before the change occurs, but no later than the month when benefits are first affected by the mass change.
