2300.2.11.3 ES Notifications of Mass Changes

ESs are sent reports prior to running a desk review and after the update occurs. Mass change ES reports include: What changes are occurring, When the desk review will be run, What ACCESS will complete, What ES must complete, Instructions for ES required actions, and Due dates for ES required actions.
