2300.2.11.5 Full Transactions

Cases that cannot be updated through an abbreviated transaction have: Edits that stop eligibility, Unapproved results, such as: pending cases, ongoing cases with unapproved results, or FIAT eligibility results.

Districts are sent reports identifying cases not completed through abbreviated transactions that require full transactions. Full transactions require ES to: Update the benefits, or Close the case, and Notify the household of the results using the ESD 220.
