2200.6.6.3 Household Fails to Complete the Process

Households failing to complete missing information and/or provide verifications by the ESD 202RL2 due date are sent form ESD IR NOAA, Interim Report Notice of Adverse Action.

ACCESS will close the 3SVT case at adverse action if still coded with an “I”.

Information or verifications received in the month following the month of IR closure are too late, and the household must reapply.
