2200.6.6.2 Household Completes the Process

Code ACCESS with a “C” for complete when the missing information and/or verifications are returned. Process the ESD 202IR within ten days from when the complete ESD 202IR is returned.

Determine eligibility and reinstate the case when the missing information or verification is received after the Adverse Action but before the last day of the report month.

Process reported changes to take effect the month after the report month.

Notify the household of the effect of the change. Adequate notice of adverse action is used for decreases. See Change Processing, Notification .
