2200.6.7 No Interim Report

Households failing to provide an ESD 202IR are coded by ACCESS with an “S” to show the report has not been returned by the 2nd day of the report month. Households are sent an IR Reminder Notice on the 3rd by ACCESS advising their case will close unless they complete and return the ESD 202IR and required verifications by the due date shown on the notice.

ACCESS will close the 3SVT case at adverse action if still coded with an “S”.
