2200.6.6.1 Processing Incomplete IR

Code ACCESS with an “I” to show the report is incomplete when the household fails to provide a complete ESD 202IR . Enter any verified changes in ACCESS.

Within 10 days of the date the IR was due, create an ESD 202RL2 , Verification Review Letter advising the household: that the case will end at the end of the month if the missing information and/or verification is not received by the due date, what information or verification is missing, and the due date to provide the missing information and/or verification.

ESD 202RL2 is due within ten days or by the last day of the month, whichever is sooner.

Any case with an “I” in ACCESS on the IR due date will be sent an IR Reminder Notice advising the household they have 10 days to provide all required verification or benefits will close.
