2200.6.4 Complete Interim Report

ESD 202IR is complete when: each question is answered, the form is signed and dated, and Note : All electronic signatures are allowed. required verifications are provided.

Reports are complete if the only missing verification is required for an expense. If verification is not received do not allow the expense.

Process reported changes to take effect the month after the report month.

Notify the household of the effect of the change. Adequate notice of adverse action is used for decreases.

Note : The report is complete for 3SVT purposes if Reach Up and Reach Ahead participants do not provide proof of unchanged income.
