100.4.4 Verbal Discrimination Complaints

If a person makes verbal accusations to a DCF employee and is unable or reluctant to put the allegations in writing, the employee must ask the person to contact FNS directly. If the person is unwilling to do so, the employee must document the complaint and forward it to the Director, Office of Civil Rights.
