321 • If the household does not provide the verification by the 30th day from the date the form was submitted, the recertification will auto-deny for failure to provide information (FP). • If the household provides the verification after the auto-denial date (30th day) and by the end of the month following the month the form was received, benefits will be prorated from the date the verification was received.
Example #1: The household called June 25th to complete the interview. Actual date of interview is coded on CHIP INRD screen, and a Y is also entered to acknowledge interview. Additional verification is needed to determine eligibility. ES Worker sends the household a pending notice on June 25th, indicating requested information is due by July 5th. The household submits verification on June 28th. Case must be processed by July 20th to be timely. The household receives full allotment for July.
