No additional verification needed after the interview Process
• When the “A” Form is registered in SCWINS with an application date of June 20th, the interview date field on CHIP INRD screen will automatically be populated with an interview date 10 days from the date of registration. The “A” form was registered on the date of receipt. • A CHIP system generated Interview Notice (X095) is sent. • Acknowledge interview completion on CHIP INRD screen with the actual date the household completes the interview. Process case within 30 days from the date the “A” form was received.
Example: The household called June 25th to complete the interview. Actual date of interview is coded on CHIP INRD screen and a Y is also entered to acknowledge interview. All verification needed was submitted with the “A” form; therefore, case is processed by July 20th. The household receives a full allotment for July. Untimely

• When the “A” Form is registered in SCWINS with an application date of June 20th, the interview date field on CHIP INRD screen will automatically be populated with an interview date of June 30th (10 days from the registration date). • A CHIP system generated Interview Notice (X095) is sent. • Acknowledge interview completion on CHIP INRD screen with the actual date the household completes the interview. • Send written request for verification/pending notice to the household and enter date that verification was requested on CHIP INRD screen in “Info Requested Date” field. • The household is given 10 days to provide requested information. However, the household has 30 days from the date the “A” Form was received to provide requested verification and still be entitled to a full month allotment.
