Example: If income from Wal-Mart has an active RFI due date of February 2nd and an unverified paystub is added on January 26th, the RFI due date remains February 2nd. No new 10-day RFI will be generated.
2. Any unverified change reported after the reference date will generate a new 10-day RFI. The RFI due date is 10 days from the date eligibility ran (or next business day, if the 10th day is a weekend or holiday).
Example: Application submitted January 1st. Household composition is verified as of January 10th. On January 25th, the supervisor changed the status to “not verified.” System generates a 10-day RFI with a due date of February 5th. The application is processed on January 25th based on verified information. On February 5th, if verification is still missing, benefits are discontinued.
