If staff determines the match to be valid then one of the following actions must be selected: “Send RFI Notice” or “Client Provided Required Verification.”

C. Review NAC Match for Non-Member

1. A task will be created by a new nightly batch. This new batch will identify all individuals with a pending/open NAC Match record and will check if the individual meets the following criteria:

a. Associated with a SNAP case(s) is Inactive;

b. Individual is Out of Household on associated SNAP case(s);

c. Individual is Non-Member on associated SNAP case(s); or

d. SNAP application is withdrawn and there is an Open/Pending NAC Match that has not yet been Validated/Invalidated.

2. Staff will navigate to the NAC screen from the Individual Summary screen to take action for any non-member task.
