F. Match Validation Information, displays fields for individual records regarding if a match is valid or invalid and will include:

1. Is this match valid?;

2. What is the reason this match is invalid?;

3. Comments; and

4. Initial Action Taken and Date;

a. If Send RFI Notice is selected, Worker Portal will generate a notice to the SNAP household explaining that a computer match has been received notifying Kentucky that an individual in their household is receiving SNAP in another state and further verification is needed.

b. Individual Provided Required Verification is selected if Kentucky is initiating state.

c. Individual Verified Moved Out of State is selected if Kentucky is the matching state.

d. Verification Source and Date.

G. Request NAC Match for all Household Members, is only available during application, recertification, reactivation and member adds. NAC is not available during SNAP Mid-Review, Reinstatement, or Report a Change actions that do not include the addition of a SNAP household member. Request NAC Match is a manual NAC request that is only enabled when the automatic NAC call fails and will include both Last Request and Last Request Status.
