Volume II OMTL-633 Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program R.10/1/23 MS 3330 ESAP VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (1) The agency will use data matches as verification for Elderly Simplified Assistance Project (ESAP) households to the greatest extent possible to verify gross nonexempt income, social security numbers, identity, residency, and disability. Verification is required from the household for non-citizen status, household size, shelter expenses, medical expenses exceeding $35 a month, and any unclear or questionable information, for which more verification is needed.
