[The method used by the Department for Community Based Services (DCBS) to make benefits and payments available to eligible households is the EBT card.

A. The EBT card is used to access the following:

1. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits;

2. Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (KTAP) benefits;

3. Kinship Care benefits;

4. Kentucky Works Program (KWP) transportation payments; and

5. Work Incentive Reimbursement (WIN) reimbursement payments.

B. Acronyms used in relation to the EBT system are:

1. ATM - Automated Teller Machine

2. CSR - Customer Service Representative

3. EBT - Electronic Benefit Transfer

4. FNA - Food and Nutrition Administration

5. IVR - Interactive Voice Response

6. PIN - Personal Identification Number

7. POS - Point of Sale]
