6.3.2 Non-temporary Changes
A “non-temporary” change is a cessation in a parent(s) or guardian(s)’s participation in work, training, or education that exceeds 90 calendar days and is not included in the definition of “temporary change.” If a parent(s) or guardian(s) experiences a non-temporary change in the status of work, training, or education, a termination letter will be issued. The child may continue to receive child care subsidies for 90 calendar days from the date the letter is issued. Should the parent(s) or guardian(s) begin a new job, education, or training program during this 90-day period, the termination will be voided.
