11 Appeal and Administrative Hearings

Child care subsidy applicants have the right to appeal and receive a fair hearing on decisions made about their eligibility for and the authorization of subsidized child care including, but not limited to: • Denial of application; • Termination of services; or • Dispute over the amount of the co-payment.
