SNAP clients are provided with more specific information regarding what supportive services, employment, and training services are available to them. Clients are also informed of program expectations (monthly check-ins, how to engage and complete program services, etc.). Currently, orientations and appointments are held in person, over the phone, and/or virtually, depending upon the EF PO’s business model. 26
