The State E&T team and EF POs adhere to the oversight plan to evaluate performance. Case files are pulled quarterly to ensure that clients are receiving the proper case management services. Cases are evaluated for the following: 1. Meaningful case management activities between an EF PO and the client 2. A comprehensive employability assessment 3. A complete ISP that should be updated every 120 days 4. Demonstration that a client’s employability is progressing 5. Coordination with and referrals to other E&T services 6. Enrollment in an appropriate E&T component 7. Supportive payments are offered and provided 8. Evidence that training is being received when applicable 9. Progression of a client’s skill attainment 10. Employment outcomes, and if appropriate, documentation that services were provided to assist clients with obtaining sustainable employment 11. Data entry requirements in CBMS are met Monthly meetings between the State E&T team and EF POs include discussions and technical assistance about EF PO performance. The State E&T team references program engagement and case management reports to determine an EF PO's performance.
