29.8 CLIENT NOTIFICATION

The applicant must be notified in writing of the action taken on his application for the COVID-19 Testing Group.

Fair Hearing requirements at Section 9.3.1.D.3 apply to COVID-19 Testing Group application denials. Denial notices must include form DFA-FH-1.

Fair Hearing requirements do not apply at case closure at the end of eligibility period, however advance notice is required.
