29.7 Case Maintenance

Clients must report changes in circumstances during the period of COVID-19 Testing Group eligibility. Case maintenance policies in Section 10.6 apply. 29.7.1 AG Closures The AG must be closed when: • The client is determined eligible for another full coverage Medicaid group. • The client is no longer a West Virginia resident. • The client is deceased. • The client voluntarily requests closure.
