Update LIEAP policy to allow past due notices. Added If a utility bill is not in the name of any of the AG members, but an AG member is responsible for that utility. If the AGs house is without heating and it is not possible to restore the heating in 18 hours of the time of application, a voucher can be given for one night’s lodging if no shelters are available. This voucher requires prior authorization by the LIEAP Coordinator. Added reference to 21.2.1.F if the bill is not in the AG name.
