Cooperative Agreements between the DoHS and the CCR&R. DoHS and CCR&R agencies shall enter into a written cooperative agreement regarding the exchange of information and on-going communication. The agreement should be developed between local staff and supervisors and signed by the Regional Director and the Executive Director of the Resource and Referral agency.
