The department shall establish a Milwaukee County enrollment services unit under s. 15.02 (3) (c) 3. to determine eligibility under and administer the following public assistance programs in the county: 1.

Income maintenance programs.
(2)#
The programs under ss. 49.77 and 49.775.
(3)#
To the extent contracted under par. (b), the child care subsidy program under s. 49.155.
