Department’s duties.
The department shall:
(a)#
Extend financial assistance under this section to eligible persons suffering from hemophilia or other related congenital bleeding disorders.
(b)#
Employ administrative personnel to implement this section.
(c)#
Promulgate all rules necessary to implement this section.
