Any individual whose income does not exceed the limits under par. (c) and who complies with par. (cm) is eligible for medical assistance under this section if the individual is one of the following: 1.

Under the age of 18.

Pregnant and the woman’s pregnancy is medically verified. Eligibility continues to the last day of the month in which the 60th day or, if approved by the federal government, the 365th day after the last day of the pregnancy falls.
