Beginning on September 30, 1989, and ending on June 30, 1991, 122 percent of one-twelfth of the poverty line for a family of 2 persons.

Beginning on July 1, 1991, and ending on June 30, 1992, 133 percent of one-twelfth of the poverty line for a family of 2 persons.

Beginning on July 1, 1992, 150 percent of one-twelfth of the poverty line for a family of 2 persons.
