Development of criteria for determining operating deficits.

With respect to funds to match federal medicaid matching funds under this section, any of the following, as applicable: a. Provision by the state of matching funds from general purpose revenues for a hospital operated by the state. b. Agreement to provide matching funds by the county in which is located a hospital established under s. 49.71. c. Agreement to provide matching funds by the city or village that owns and operates a hospital.
