The facility has received approval or been disapproved for provision of service to residents who have any of the following: a.
(a)#
Brain injury, as defined in s. 51.01 (2g).
(b)#
A diagnosis of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome.
(c)#
An HIV infection, as defined in s. 252.01 (2), and illness or injury associated with the development of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome.
