Revised: August 2025 5.4.4 Non-WHEAP-Funded Payment and Services (Additional Services) These service types are used when payments or services are provided to eligible households using other sources of funds (non-WHEAP) to pay for the benefits or services.

NKWF – Payment to a Fuel Supplier Using Keep Wisconsin Warm Funds Payment to an energy provider using KWW/CF funds as a single payment. All local agencies that administer both WHEAP and KWW/CF shall record all KWW/CF grants in the HE+ System using NKWF-Keep Wisconsin Warm Vendor Payments including the benefit amount at the time the grant is awarded and entered into the KWW/CF electronic system.
