The Disqualified Recipient System (DRS) is a nationwide exchange of information between the Federal government and the States regarding IPV decisions. The DRS interface is a real time web service that interfaces directly with ACES 3G via the electronic Disqualified Recipient System (eDRS). eDRS creates a real time match during application and eligibility review processing in ACES 3G and will show any IPV records for an individual on the Sanction Screen.
