How does the State agency ensure that the participant has the necessary participant reimbursements to begin participation in the E&T program? To ensure participants have the necessary reimbursements to begin participation in the E&T program, ICAN and ICAN-RU providers conducts an initial assessment and ongoing reassessments of participants' barriers to employment and training. During these assessments, the need for participant reimbursements (PRs) is identified. Providers work closely with participants to determine which PRs are needed and assist them in gathering and submitting the necessary documentation to support those needs.
