During ICAN orientation, participants complete a questionnaire that collects initial demographic information for providers. This includes the participant’s name, address, phone number, email, and employment goal. After completing the questionnaire, participants watch a 6-minute orientation video created by ESD and hosted on YouTube. The video provides an overview of the ICAN program, including its components, current ICAN providers, and information about participant reimbursements. ICAN-RU does not include a formal orientation.
