2400.5 Timely Processing

A household that completes all of the following actions and is found eligible is entitled to Uninterrupted Benefits : Submits a signed ESD 202 no later than the 15th of the last month of their certification period. Completed the interview at least ten days before the end of the last month of their certification period. Note : This may not apply to a 3SquaresVT in a SNAP household. Provided all required verifications before the end of the last month of their certification period.

Notify the household of eligibility or denial by the end of the current certification period. 3SquaresVT in a SNAP eligibility resulting in a denial requires an interview prior to denying the case.
