2400.7.3 3SVT Work Requirements

Review the following at recertification: General work requirement exemptions , including but not limited to: Children who turned 16 years of age during the current certification period. Parents caring for a child who turned six during the current certification period. Time Limited benefit status , including but not limited to: Customers who met their work requirement with a work program or workfare must verify monthly compliance for each month of the last certification period. Complete an ICAN referral for any participant not enrolled.

Update general work requirement and time limited benefit work requirement exemptions, if needed.

Complete the Oral Explanation for required households.
