2400.7.2 Destitute Households

Destitute household rules apply for the first month of the recertification period for migrant or seasonal farmworkers.

Exclude income from a new source the first month of the recertification period when the income: is less than $25, and will not be received by the tenth calendar day from the 3SVT issuance.
