2100.5.7 Facility Information Requirements
The facility must provide DCF with a monthly list of currently participating residents, including a statement signed by a responsible facility official attesting to the validity of the list.
DCF conducts periodic, random onsite visits to assure the accuracy of the list, and that DCF's records are consistent and up to date.
