2100.1.3 Resident Eligibility
Residents of eligible drug or alcohol addiction treatment centers, regularly participating, qualify for 3SVT as separate households from others living in the facility. Exception : Children living with their parent who is a resident of the treatment center must be included as part of the resident parent’s 3SVT household.
The resident and their household must meet all 3SVT eligibility requirements.
People regularly participating in a drug or alcohol treatment program are exempt from work requirements .
