1400.2.2 Ineligible for Standard Categorical Eligibility (SCE)

Households are not SCE when:

The household loses eligibility from the program making them SCE.

A member is disqualified for IPV .

The Head of Household is disqualified for failing to comply with work requirements .

Determine eligibility under regular 3SVT requirements.

Note : A household member who fails to comply with workfare is ineligible for SCE. Remaining household members are eligible for SCE.
