1300.4.2 Countable Month

A month is a countable month unless the household: receives prorated benefits; is exempt from time limit; or meets the work requirement.

Countable months can be removed from the current three-year period if customers provide verification that they were exempt or meeting the work requirement for the received countable month(s).
