100.4.1 Program Administration Requirements

A 3SVT applicant or recipient must not be discriminated against in any aspect of program administration including, but not limited to: Approval Issuance of benefits Conduct of fair hearings Conduct of any other program service

3SVT benefits must be extended to all eligible households without regard to age, race, color, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, religious creed, national origin, political beliefs or limited English proficiency.

All offices administering the 3SVT program must also prominently display the poster “And Justice for All” provided by the USDA .
