100.3.3 Household Access

3SVT household members may review materials contained in their case file during normal business hours, if a written request is received from: A responsible member of the household. A current authorized representative. Any person authorized in writing to act on the household’s behalf.

Confidential information may be withheld such as the names of people who have disclosed information about the household without the household's knowledge, or the nature or status of pending criminal prosecutions.
