Ineligible household members are not included in the assistance amount; their assets and the full amount of their income count in determining the assistance amount for the household.

Deny Financial assistance when a Sponsored Non-Citizen fails to provide the income and assets of their sponsor.

If any adult parent in the Family Employment Program (FEP) household is ineligible due to FEP non-participation or non-compliance sanctions, the entire household is ineligible for FEP.
