Ineligible household members are defined as household members who are not eligible for benefits due to the citizenship, age, residency and other requirements set by the program.

Ineligible household members are:

Ineligible Non-Citizens who do not meet citizenship or Eligible Non-Citizen status, as described in policy 215-2 .

Sponsored Non-Citizens who do not provide the information required to determine eligibility. See Additional Financial Considerations below.

Persons who do not provide a Social Security Number or a Form 5028. See policy 217-1B .

Able-bodied Adults without Dependents (ABAWD) who do not participate or meet an exemption. See policy 341 .
