Policy Effective: August 1, 2012

The Family Employment Program for Two Parents (FEP-TP) serves households where a child (or parent is in the third trimester) has two or more parents residing in the household, who are capable of engaging in substantial gainful employment activities that equal $500 or more a month. Generally, FEP rules apply to FEP-TP. Exceptions noted where applicable. See policy 222 for policy on household composition for FEP-TP. Consider FEP when a two parent family has one parent not able to earn $500 or more a month because of illness/incapacity that lasts for more than 30days.
