Any staff member must follow up on a complaint they receive.
The customer can make a complaint in person, by phone, or in writing to either the Employment Center or to a Department of Workforce Services (DWS) Customer Relations person.
All complaints are to be resolved as quickly as possible.
Complaints are responded to in the same way as they are received: in person, by phone, or in writing.
The customer may file a complaint within 180 days from the date of the alleged violation.
Discrimination Complaints should be in writing. If the customer does not want to write it down, the DWS worker will do so.
